Integrate Active Directory and Single-Sign-On within your intranet
Claromentis fully supports Microsoft Active Directory (LDAP) and Single-Sign-On (SSO) integration, meaning you can centrally manage employee information securely. SMEs or startups with a single domain, or global enterprises with several, can both benefit from LDAP integration as it allows employee records to automatically synchronise with your Claromentis intranet, ensuring all information is up-to-date. SSO integration allows your users to seamlessly login to the intranet without having to enter their username or password.

Claromentis is incredibly flexible and allows for full AD and SSO integration regardless of hosting type. Whether you host your intranet yourself, or we host it for you, you can benefit from a comprehensive solution that suits your unique business requirements.
Sync user information
Using the AD integration functionality, user details can be automatically and regularly populated within your intranet. We support multiple LDAP providers, including Microsoft Active Directory, OpenLDAP, and NetIQ (Novell) eDirectory, ensuring efficient and streamlined user management is available to all.
SSO - Single-Sign-On
Configuring SSO will allow users who are logged into a network computer to simply open a web browser and be immediately logged into their Claromentis intranet under their current username and password, making access seamless and effortless. We support Windows Integrated SSO (NTLM/Kerberos), as well as any SAML 2.0 compatible identity provider, including Microsoft AD FS, Okta, OneLogin, Duo, and Centrify.
Group management and access control
Your intranet can be configured to use your existing user directory structure, that is already implemented within the organisation, to create permission groups and roles with Claromentis. The ability to replicate the directory’s structure will save configuration time and help to restrict access to intranet areas and content. This allows permission management to be controlled directly from the user directory.
