Training records
The Training Records feature is a visual timeline that displays e-learning courses, events, certificates, and paths that have been completed. Employees can update their training records and upload certificates of achievement. Managers can also assign a certificate to numerous employees’ training records in one go, promoting time savings.
E-learning courses
Your training team can create their own online courses, assessments, and modules within the learning portal. Courses can be given a timeframe for their validity and learning material can be presented as PowerPoint presentations, videos, documents, SCORM packages, Quizzes, and external websites.
Training events
The Events application allows the training team to create and manage corporate and social events. It can be used as a standalone application, or in conjunction with the Learning Management Portal. Event administrators can handle invitations, bookings and waiting lists in a single place for efficient event management.
Quiz
Using our interactive Quiz application, employees with the relevant permissions can create unlimited quizzes to test the knowledge of their coworkers. Completing a quiz can contribute points to an employee’s Learning Path, and provides staff with a gamified and accessible learning experience.
Reports
Using the built-in report engine, administrators can run reports to gather key insights into course completion, employee training progress, training record type, and much more. Reports can be scheduled to run automatically, saving time and improving efficiency.
